Position : HR Admin

1. Gathering / preparing inputs (e.g., allowances, global assignee's allowance, oncall, etc) for payroll processing and arrangement of whole year-end individual income tax settlement process

2. Check, scan and forward physical payroll related forms / letters / documents for payroll processing

3. Checking payroll outputs, running reports, validating booking vouchers, etc and preparing severance benefits and accrued leave report

4. Attend and respond to payroll queries from employees and line managers

5. Liaise with local vendors / authorities

6. Check, scan and forward termination paperwork (exit checklist, letter, calculations, etc) for payroll processing

7. Check, scan and forward new hire paperwork as per personnel file checklist for payroll processing

8. Setting up physical personnel file for new hire paperwork as per personnel file checklist and handover to Country HR Operations Expert

9. Managing leave system(annual leave, maternity leave, etc) and benefit programs(tuition fee, medical check-up, congratulations and condolences, group term life insurance, etc) and document for tracking

10. Keeping personnel files updated and correctly reflecting the current status

11. Support Payroll and local HR teams on ongoing projects, audits, expat employee's VISA, etc on a need basis
