Be the subject matter expert on the service (know every single feature, every possible configuration option)
Be an expert on the processes (aka standard operating procedures) that belong to the service; document and communicate these processes locally.
Service teams need to define and document these processes.
Be the application owner on the entity side with entity admin rights (to manage users, setup configurations, create translations, view advanced statistics, etc.)
Support internal teams using the service (e.g. training, troubleshooting, monitoring, analytics, business reporting).
Work closely with the central POPs team to ensure first-level support by POPs is utilized efficiently.
Localize documentation of the service (e.g. onboarding videos for restaurants, internal training documents, etc.)
Collect and prioritize feature requests and bugs from the entity
Create business cases for larger feature requests
Channel feedback from the entity to the DH Web Service team
Have weekly interaction with the DH Web Service team to understand upcoming changes, report important issues, discuss product priorities and give feedback
Aggregate entity feedback in the quarterly client satisfaction survey
Your heroic skills :
University degree in either business, engineering or natural science studies or equivalent practical experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant senior level experience in product management with a proven history of delivering results
You have a track record of successfully launching product innovation across devices
You are data driven and have a good understanding for tools like Google Analytics
You can design and conduct quantitative and qualitative user research and use the insights to create product iterations
You can balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
You are a seasoned practitioner of Agile methodologies
You have exceptional interpersonal skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills
You understand the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications
It is beneficial if you have experience with Jira
You are fluent in English and Korean
