1. Responsible for technical support to resolve engineering issues with customer teams.
2. Responsible for perform the required debugging activities, technical meeting and code review.
3. Responsible for serve as primary contact to the customer for engineering issues and provide the analyzed technical report to internal R&D teams.
4. Requires to visit R&D center or other global site to help to resolve critical engineering issues with customer engineers.
5. Requires to visit customer office to meeting or technical supporting if need.
1. BS / MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 year development experience in an mobile environment
3. Strong understanding of Embedded software and hardware schematic.
4. Prefer well knowledge of communication protocols as I2C, SPI, UART and USB.
5. Prefer device driver based on Linux kernel of experience about device tree, selinux and kconfig.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
7. Highly motivated can do attitude with a strong drive for success and teamwork.
