  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree and / or advanced professional degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
  • 6+ years of work experience for large organizations or major consulting companies, preferably in Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Agriculture, Electric Power / Natural Gas, Metals & Mining, and Manufacturing / Procurement sector
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing in English and Korean

    • You will be based in Seoul, Korea as part of our Global Energy & Materials (GEM) group. This group works across practices within the Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Electric Power / Natural Gas and Chemicals & Agriculture industries.

    You will be responsible for developing, defining and implementing strategies to help our clients around the world solve their most critical problems.

    In this role you will work as a client-facing consultant, a consultant to other client teams, and as a forward-thinking knowledge builder across the GEM industries.

    Our projects cover a wide range of topics, from strategy to operations.

    Working closely with clients on-site, you'll perform analysis of the problems as defined for your work stream identifying and prioritizing issues for further analysis and synthesizing the insights from the analyses.

    You'll also develop recommendations based on the synthesis and create plans to implement the recommendation.
