Responsibilities

  • Marketing mix strategies to cover the areas of product & promotion planning, development and execution
  • Based on the marketing strategy including the promotion plans and marketing trends, propose yearly and monthly sales target for each product category, for the basic business and the new products.
  • Interface with marketing, sales& training, registration, import, regional office and France to ensure that marketing plan will be fulfilled.
  • Establish a yearly product & promotion budget by action in terms of menu and local expenditure, monitor these expenses to ensure that budget is adhered to and not exceeded.
  • Budget vs. actual costing control by analyzing Variance report on a regular basis

    Main Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Preferred luxury cosmetic industry working experience more than 7 years
  • Fluent in both English and Korean
