The Role We are currently looking for a Solutions Consultant in Korea to drive sales for our cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite and Commercial Content suite into major life sciences organizations.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Veeva solutions’ value during the sales cycle, including creating and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers.

You will be responsible for technical wins by understanding our customer’s business needs and matching the solution that best meets the customer’s vision.

Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support Veeva as it focuses on growing and maintaining market share in Korea.

You will be directly working with and supporting a Veeva Account Executive acting as the trusted technical advisor.

What You'll Do

  • Identify customer’s challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and bring business value to the organization
  • Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers
  • Bid Management
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product and technology-related inquiries
  • Participate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
  • Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events
  • Requirements

  • Ability to provide configurable demos depending on customer’s requirements
  • Experience in Pre-Sales Consulting and / or delivery consultant for enterprise software such as, other CRM / ERP software
  • Ability and skills for business application design and technology
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in a customer-facing role
  • Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ambitious to work on their own initiative
  • Nice to Have

  • Understanding of SaaS solutions
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry
