Job Description

Opportunity for energetic and technically capable multi-disciplinary skilled engineer to join Display Global Product Support (GPS).

The mission of the GPS is to deliver new products and features quickly to market, partnering with internal and external customers to rapidly transition Display systems from design, manufacturing to customer high volume production.

Candidate must be willing to travel to interface with Global R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Field Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects for efficient and smooth new product and module installations, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Support CIP development, documentation and release from design and lab validation to field installation
  • Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified with design to improve installation and maintainability of equipment
  • Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures, participate (if required) to ensure on New Product Final Test meets stringent field requirements
  • Define service and spares stocking plan
