Performance Objectives :
Corporate Supply Chain Systems Team models, manages, and enhances global Advanced Planning Systems, used by the Global Supply Chain Operation team for the global supply chain planning.
The primary focus areas include :
Analyzing complex business problems to be solved with advanced planning systems
Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Designing detailed models of advanced planning systems
Planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance test
Providing consultation to diverse user groups in the area of advanced planning systems.
Leading cross-functionally linked teams to address business or systems issues.
The successful candidate will show proficiency in analytics, problem solving, effective communication, and decision making with below requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Computer Science / Engineering
3-7+ years relevant supply chain planning systems experience required
Professional experience using JDA / Kinaxis planning systems and Semiconductor or High Tech industry preferred
Demonstrates a strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to understand all forms of planning data to make sound data-driven decisions
Proficiency in SQL, EXCEL, Business Intelligence
Confident working in a multinational team environment
Fluent written and verbal English skills required in order to effectively communicate technical details to internal peers and external customers
