Increase indirect sales by identifying and integrating product / solution specific partners with regional sales teams to achieve sales targets per product category.
Drive, convert, manage and increase adoption of new offerings through close new partner-generated opportunities. Establish and manage partner relationships at C-Level / Owner Level.
Accurately forecast indirect incremental and non-incremental regional business. Implement channel strategy to ensure minimal transaction slippage at quarter close.
Job duties are varied and complex needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. May coach and develop new reps and share best practices within the OD line of business.
Eight years experience in software industry sales. Channel development or management experience, along with strong networking, influence and negotiation skills preferred.
B.S. in computer science, computer engineering, or similar background. Post graduation education level (MBA) a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and proficient writing skills.
