The Training Manager of Customer Experience Center (CEC) provides technical support to develop bio-processing training program along with departmental product trainers.
By segmenting CEC's customers and analyzing their applications, CEC Training Manager will develop precise training programs tailored to the needs of customers and provide support for their implementation.
This role will also include CEC operation and analyzing surveys of customers' experience to read market changes and identifying opportunities for revenue generation.

Develop Training ProgramsDevelop and organize training programs including hands-on training and workshop together with Korea BioProduction trainersClose communication with global product manager and technical support team to design training programsAct as central point of contact for CEC training coordination and main contact for all customer attending the courses / events
Operation of CECManaging activities in CEC : scheduling and managing customers' visit and eventsCoordinating CEC site tourDirect interaction with internal and external customers including international visitorsImplement improvements in systems and processes in order to enhance efficiency and quality of CEC operation
CEC MarketingCreating marketing campaigns and resources for BioProduction CEC and evaluate campaign performanceBuilding customer relationship managementCategorize and segment customers to establish and implement PR strategyValue proposition to customers
Minimum of master's degree in Bio-engineering, Biology, Biochemistry or related science
Requires minimum 3 years of experience in training manager, R&D scientist, manufacturing of bio-pharmaceuticals, technical support or technical sales in bioprocess or biopharma manufacturing field
Previous experience in training role is preferred
Good English verbal and written communication skills is preferred
Good MS skills : PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training / projects simultaneously
Flexibility and engagement
Good interpersonal and communication skills for team working
