The Role Veeva Systems is seeking a suitable candidate to lead our growing Commercial Business in Seoul, South Korea. As a Commercial Leader Korea, you will have the opportunity to work with a great product, happy customers, and chart the course of growth of the commercial business in Korea.

This position reports to the Head of Commercial Business in Asia Pacific.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a high performing commercial team responsible for selling, implementing and supporting Veeva’s commercial suite prospects and customers in Korea.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with customers and prospects
  • Present and clearly articulate Veeva’s strengths, features, benefits and competitive advantages
  • Work with regional and global leadership to execute a go-to-market strategy and build customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction as well as new customer adoption.
  • Own and manage any customer escalations / issues in Korea for the commercial business
  • Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience working in software sales management, complex technology implementation, and / or life sciences vertical is required.
  • Has over 10-15 years of experience and over 5 years managing high performing teams.
  • Able to formulate, recommend and defend market strategies for Korea Commercial business.
  • Able to build strong executive relationships and comfortable holding executive-level discussions in English and Korean language.
  • Able to attract, hire and manage the Veeva Korea commercial team.
  • Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial business specifically Sales force excellence, Marketing, Digital functions.
  • Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
