CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution.
Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development.
Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
University degree (relevant academic background is preferred but not must)
1 to 8 years of professional Sales and Marketing experience in pharmaceutical company.
Experience with pre-launch marketing, disease awareness campaign in relevant TA are preferred
Comfortable working in cross functional environment
Languages : Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Strong communication, presentation abilities
Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders
Strong business awareness and analytical skills; strategic thinking
Proficient in MS (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
