Detailed position description
1.Collaborate with product operations team to develop vertical & territory specific new user acquisition marketing plan;
2.Evaluate branding and strategic partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses;
3.Develop channel marketing strategy for different products, gather input from operation team and channel partners to support marketing decision making;
4.Develop a deep understanding of the business,combine with data to build insights about advertisers, products and competitors;
5.Drive marketing effectiveness to ensure the greatest ROI on both team efforts and financial spend, while managing budget projections and expenses;
6.Support execution and amplification across advertising, content, social, experiential and media among others of global, regional and local marketing campaigns;
7.Understand the market trends and always keep up-to-date with the latest news and developments impacting our industry.
1.B.A. degree or higher in Marketing,Communications or related field with a track record of academic excellence;
2.5+ years marketing experience, global or regional experience is highly preferred;
3.Have a strong ability in market perception and capturing market trends and directions;
4.Experience in data-driven marketing. Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and make meaningful business decision;
5.Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to pioneer and build up the business and team from Zero to One;
6.Strong problem solving skills and persevering personality to adapted with different environments and proactively figure out solutions;
7.Perfect English, written and spoken, with exceptional communications skills.
