The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) is a sales role who is responsible for all sales activities for our Storage Portfolio. This includes Storage Solutions (including Isilon), Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Converged Infrastructure (CI) and Data Protection Suite (DPS) solutions in an assigned territory.
Their primary mission is to drive demand and deliver incremental revenue directly with our customers and with our channel partners into Dell Technologies’ installed and net new accounts.
Duties include outbound calling, prospecting, selling and driving specific sales programs to grow DELL Technologies' market share and revenue.
The ISR is responsible for managing, driving and delivering business (both existing and new) around data storage products and services in their assigned territory by working with channel (partners / resellers for DELL Technologies).
The role is primarily an office-based sales representative position offering information management solutions and services through local partners.
