Job Purpose

Achieve counter sales goals and business objectives through managing daily counter operations and inventories, supervising and motivating BAs, and implementing marketing and promotion activities

Main Responsibility

1) Sales and Inventory management

Work with ASM and incumbent Account Coordinators on setting and achieving sales targets

Lead and motivate BAs for effective retail sales management

Review sales performance regularly for responsible doors and discuss on issues with ASM

Analyze retail sell-thru versus current inventory to understand stock status and necessary actions

Monitor shipments and backorders to ensure sufficient inventory

2) Counter management

Work with SDVM and marketing team to ensure overall counter displays are adhere to brand guideline

Determine items and quantity for VM units and operational supplies including GWP / testers

Assist ASM and incumbent Account Coordinators in setting up new counters or refurbishment of existing counters

3) BA supervision

Manage HR-related issues of BA recruiting, salary decision, and performance evaluation

Regular meetings with BAs based on performance evaluation result or issues raised

Communicate closely with senior BAs of responsible doors for aligned Brand vision and effective management of respective teams

Compute monthly commission, allowances, and incentives of BAs and handle / create necessary documents for HR and Finance process

Work with Education team to enhance Grooming, Product knowledge and Sales skills of BAs

Ensure BAs for upheld grooming standards of the brand

4) Marketing and Promotion

Work with ASM and incumbent Account Coordinators on preparing promotion proposals for retailers

Work with internal teams, retailers and vendors for effective execution of promotion activities

Monitor and gather information on marketing opportunities and market trend

Support or coordinate on-line marketing activities with Marketing team and DCM

5) Inflight

  • Be responsible for the overall Inflight business for Tom Ford Beauty (TBD)
  • 6) Retailer presentation

  • Be responsible to organize bi-annual Marketing presentation for retailers in charge.
  • Education

  • University-level education or equivalent
  • Experiences

  • 3 years of work experience preferably in travel retail industry
  • Entrepreneur Thinking

    Excellent organization and communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting good judgment, tact, diplomacy and flexibility

    Proven sales track record

    Proficient in MS Office and Excel

    Willingness to travel

    Willing to groom as brand-representative person

    Travel : Yes, 50 % of the Time
