Reporting Relationship

  • This position reports to MS Sales Manager, South Korea operations
  • Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes in the designated territory and / or account
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through aggressive promotion
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Mass spectrometers
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • 5+ year experience as sales rep.
  • Knowledge of instruments is plus
