You will be the primary prospect interface, who builds relationships and influence, which result in the identification and successful sales of project opportunities by system level approach.
The key role is to execute the pull strategy while to support the push strategy by leading and developing the business proposal in the strategically focused Cold Chain (CC) Vertical.
You will be reporting to the General Manager in Korea.
You will be responsible for
Identify new large and strategic important customer opportunities or long term project opportunities
Leverage appropriate resources and internal stakeholders at different levels and functions : cross-product lines / sales, marketing and technical support team, to lead the optimized Danfoss solutions to influence customers
Create Danfoss market visibility in CC vertical by educating / training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, industry expositions, and symposia
Deliver high quality level of Value Proposition and Offerings to CC Vertical beneficial to customers and partners
Build internal competencies across sales teams and partners
Prepare and plan execution of CC vertical business plan within selected focus area aligned with sales team
Drive and create pull activities to open the doors by being aligned with sales team
Maximize the benefit of training facility and Application Development Center
Engage in industry trade network in Food Processing Factories, Food Retailers and Cold Chain Association.Extended network to EPC, Design Community, OEM and Project Management Advisors
Lead cross functional team to identify and achieve strategic key customers’ projects
Your education and experience
BA or BS or equivalent in business or engineering / technology : MBA / Advance degree preferred
Minimum 10 years relevant cross segment sales experience in CC vertical with front line sales coverage.
Strong industrial knowledge in CC vertical MUST solid networking with key players (food processing factories, food retailers and Cold Chain Association etc) and relevant governance parties.
Strong business driving skills, a strategic communicator with a good level of experience in managing matrix stakeholders
Self-motivated, result-oriented, strategic communication, managing matrix stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skill in English
Presentation and facilitation skills for seminars and workshops
