Principle Responsibility

  • Analyze the markets and performance
  • Propose and execute the marketing plan for the products
  • Communication with each 3rd party supplier and the local counterparts
  • Provide the promotional tools, sales training, promotional campaigns
  • Development of sales and marketing objectives for a line of product including sales forecast
  • Business analysis : Monthly / Quarterly business review, competition, market trend
  • Marketing plan development : long term business plan, strategic marketing plan, annual budget
  • proposal, forecasting, annual promotional plan by each product

  • Development of new product launching plan
  • Target sales management by each product
  • Implement marketing / promotional plan at related market
  • Management of key opinion leaders / key stakeholders
  • Interprets market research and customer / market trends and feedback
  • Qualifications

  • Understand business dynamics and how to manage the products at the market
  • Span of knowledge - Good at understanding market trend and related technology· Good at situation analytical and decision making skills using both quantitative and

  • Bachelor or above degree
  • Preferably experience in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering
