As a Strategist, You :
Job Description :
Manage demanding, high-level, complex projects for dynamic clients. Lead teams through all phases of projects including alignment with client, understanding context, developing non-
obvious insights, exploring and defining opportunities, setting strategy, creating actionable / tangible design expressions, communicating vision, and helping our clients go to market.
Grow client relationships into partnerships by being a trusted advisor. You will help strengthen every interaction into a continuum of excellence for our client organizations and prospects alike.
Design compelling value propositions for customers and consumers. Design new products, services and experiences that compel consumers, grow brands, inspire organizations, and push a company’s core competencies.
Design organizational structures, protocols and strategic assets to help companies be more innovative.
Represent thought leadership at Continuum. Advocate Continuum and Continuum’s process / philosophy in trainings, workshops, facilitated meetings with clients, and other engagements that require world class design thinking, as well as market Continuum’s approach and philosophy in different media outlets.
Innovate Continuum’s existing processes, tools and methods to expand its skill set, continuously raising the bar for excellence.
Collaborate on client and internal projects across Continuum offices in the US, Europe and Asia.
Mentor, develop and grow junior Continuum staff through direct and indirect contact.
