The Specialist ensures successful new indication launch preparation and drive growth for newly approved indication / brand.

Establish new indication strategy based on market analysis and customer insight identification

Develop tactics based on established market strategy and execute program through close communication with FFs and relevant marketing colleagues

Support marketing colleague to forecast indication / brand sales prognosis

Develop educational material for FFs as well as medical experts

Develop key thought leader for new indication especially women cancers including Lynparza

Be responsible for new indication sales achievement including Lynparza

Engage key though leader to MSD sponsored program or initiatives

Support FFs to deliver appropriate product message and educate ME

Tune communication between MSD and AZ for successful Lynparza alliance

Communicate with stakeholders on time with limited budget and business ethics

Internal Relationships

Commercial (Sales, Strategic Account Management, Marketing, etc.)

Cross-functional team, including Medical Affairs, Pricing & Market Access, National Legal and Regulatory Affairs, etc.

External Relationships

Payer / regulatory stakeholder groups

All relevant stakeholders in the MDT


High grades in university degree (Life science major preferred / Around 5 yrs of field experiences preferred)

English : Business Fluency (verbal and writing)

Functional Competencies : Excellent -interpersonal communication skills, Problem solving abilities, Good command of information technology

Behavioral Competencies : Sincere attitude, strong responsibility, challenge spirit and resilience are highly required


Experience of broad range of oncology

Proven experience with a broad base of external stakeholders including prescribers, payers, providers and track record of effective management of decision-

making bodies and governance

Proven track record of strategic thinking, judgment and influencing skills, i.e., influencing national internal teams and stakeholders to ensure strong commercial focus with excellent execution

Proven track record of developing compelling business cases

Proven demonstration of effective cross-functional project team leadership
