Specific areas of responsibility will include :
Working closely with the leadership team on forecast, planning asset management etc.
Manage distribution operations to provide best in class support to mass market account for the demand creation, and fulfillment support for all POS customers.
Drive and optimize backlog management for the channel
Develop and implement efficient business operation processes on channel management
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization
Facilitate the sales methodology adoption and assist the sales leader for business planning
The objective is to build up and optimize the distribution channel to grow the business.
Deploy the right resource to support the optimized channel and support channel partner to invest the resource and make the right deployment
Work with Marcom and other sales team to enhance the distributor’s mindshare by closely engaging with them from training, business review, joint customer visit, and joint Marcom activity
Work with Marcom and channel partner to have annual plan and implement the joint Marcom activity to promote the brand name, technology, and the product to the market.
Work with the regional sales team to build up go to market strategy and implement from all different category including regional coverage, segment coverage, all mass market customer and long tail customer coverage.
Have and optimize the tools and process to help channel partner to register, track the business and win business.
Lead the channel team to make distributor’s assets management including forecast, booking &billing, inventory and others.
Annually and quarterly do the revenue projection with the distributors, review the progress regularly, drives them to meet the plan.
Understand the gap timely and work with the channel to identify the issue and make recovery plan to fix it.
Formulate channel KPI and building incentive program to motivate the channel , measure performance by revenue growth, share growth, design in / win pipeline growth, customer base growth and others.
Position Requirements :
BA / BS degree or equivalent.
10 + years Channel or business operations experience incl. management.
Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, cross functional teams and key business stakeholders.
Highly analytical with an ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand.
Proactive self-starter that possesses strong leadership vision.
Excellent market acumen, communication and analytical skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong work ethic that is self-motivated and accountable.
Willingness to travel.
